In March 2015, our company, South Source Core was requested by BYD Company to design and manufacture a high-pressure ceramic hermetic terminal for their new energy vehicles. The technical requests are as below:

• Insulating property: 500VDC. Insulate ≥800MΩ
• Voltage withstanding property: 3000 VAC, current leakage ≤0.5mA
• Airtightness: Remain airtight under 2.5MPA working pressure
• Current carrying capacity: 20-30A
  

We spent one month period to develop and passed through PPAP phase. In 6 months' time, we successfully moved into mass production.

In October 2016, as per requested by Fonteck company, we had developed the ultra-high-power terminal plates that is designed to be used in large scale compressor machinery. It is mainly used in poor environment including mine, harbor and so on. The technical requests are as below:

• Insulating property: 500VDC. Insulate ≥800MΩ
• Voltage withstanding property: 3000 VAC, current leakage ≤0.5mA
• Airtightness: Remain airtight under 4MPA working pressure
• Current carrying capacity: 180A

We spent one month period to develop the terminal plates. After few batches of trial produce, we moved into production phase in the 3rd month.
