Our products such as hermetic terminal, hermetic terminal plate, sensor connector, sight glass and so on are able to work well under harsh working environments to carry out power connection and signal transmission functions.

• They can still function well under 300 degree Celsius oven, furnace and some other heating appliances or extreme cold condition such as negative 40 degree Celsius.
• They function under high pressure with minimum 1MPa and above up to 50MPA. Besides, they help the equipment to seal, insulate and withstand voltage under high pressure condition. For instance, liquid tank, pressure container, compressor, cylinder block and so on.
• Supply high current such as 270A or high voltage such as 5000V to the equipment that required impermeability, mechanical pressure withstanding, voltage withstanding, insulating properties at the same time. Our products help to provide power connection function in this condition.

South Source Core imports high quality thermal insulator glass from the US and Japan. Its good sintering property has made sure our products' impermeability property, electrical property and mechanical property always at best performance. The metal materials used in glass sintering are selected with care to ensure its thermal expansion coefficient matched with its materials.

Our key manufacturing equipment is designed and manufactured by our own R&D staffs. It has good operability and reliability. Our company's high temperature sintering adjustable furnace has temperature accuracy up to 2 degree Celsius, atmosphere adjustable at 3% range. This allows precise control of the temperature graph of the furnace, ensuring its air tightness and electrical performance.

South Source Core has strict quality inspection process. We have professional airtight inspection workshop, electrical performance testing workshop and so on. Our inspection items include appearance inspection, structure inspection, functions performance inspection and so on.

In October 2016, as per requested by Fonteck company, we had developed the ultra-high-power terminal plates that is designed to be used in large scale compressor machinery. It is mainly used in poor environment including mine, harbor and so on.
